When importing a SolidWorks assembly into KeyShot, the following error occurs:
No geometry retrieved from {file path}/{assembly name}.SLDASM.

Cause

Downgrade to Solidworks 2022.

Use the KeyShot Plugin for Solidworks (the plugins use a different technology than the importer and will often not have these limitations.).
