Error: "The subscription license code could not be verified" when trying to activate a Network Rendering code

Trying to activate the network rendering license code, but I get a License Code Not Found error.

Issue

When entering the Network Rendering subscription code in the Network Configurator tool, the following error occurs:

The subscription license code could not be verified. License not found (LICENSE_NOT_FOUND)

I am not able to proceed to activate the subscription key.

    • 2023.1+

Cause

  • The activation code field/Subscription license field is not usable for Network Rendering codes at the moment.

Resolution

To activate Network Rendering with a serial code please follow the instructions below:
  1. Open up the Network Configurator on the  manager machine.
  2. Go to Manager Settings.
  3. Select the ' License File' radio button and click the ' Register Key' button.
  4. Fill out the remaining information to register the key.

If you are still unable to activate your Network Rendering, please generate a request file and submit a new ticket through our Customer Portal.
