User not showing up in the KLA

A user is not showing up in the KLA (KeyShot Licenses Admin) despite having a confirmed KeyShot Cloud Account

In the KLA, a user is created when

  • They activate a license (if purchased through 2Checkout)
  • Submit the trial form
  • Sign into their Account account.keyshot.com
  • A license is assigned to him through License Distribution

Since Support does not have permission to add users to the KLA.
Therefore the user should be asked to log in to account.keyshot.com after which we can add them as a user through the KLA or ask them to activate after removing the previous user.
